DATA GOVERNANCE & SECURITY PROTOCOLS

Privacy Policy & Compliance Standards

Futurix is committed to uncompromised security, sovereignty, and transparent data handling across our AI platforms, custom software engineering, and managed cloud deployments.

EFFECTIVE DATE: SEPTEMBER 2026 VERSION: 2.4 GLOBAL DPO: hello@futurixworld.com

1. Regulatory Compliance Frameworks

Futurix operates on zero-trust principles. We engineer data processing architectures aligned with the highest global and regional regulatory standards:

UAE Federal PDPL

Full compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection, including sovereign data residency and localized processing for GCC clients.

EU & UK GDPR

Adherence to the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679 and UK Data Protection Act 2018), including Data Processing Agreements (DPA) and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

US CCPA / CPRA

Protection of California consumer privacy rights, transparent categorization, and zero unauthorized monetization or sale of client corporate records.

ISO/IEC 27001 & SOC 2

Strict operational controls governing information security management, encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), and audited role-based access.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on your interaction with our website, platforms, and client portals, we collect:

  • Corporate Contact Details: Name, business email, organization, phone number, and project scope submitted via discovery request forms.
  • Enterprise Telemetry: Anonymized usage data, latency benchmarks, and error logs collected to maintain high-availability services.
  • Client System Data: Under specific Master Services Agreements (MSA), client-provided data for training or evaluating private local AI models is kept isolated and strictly within tenant VPCs.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal and corporate information under the following legal bases:

  • Performance of Contract: To deliver custom AI solutions, support agreements, and cloud infrastructure management.
  • Legitimate Interests: To optimize system performance, safeguard intellectual property, and prevent cyber threats.
  • Legal Obligation: To comply with mandatory financial reporting, auditing, and statutory law in the jurisdictions where we operate (UAE, UK, US, India, Germany).

4. AI Sovereignty & Data Isolation

A core pillar of our AI engineering practice is private, isolated deployment. Unless explicitly configured by the client, proprietary customer data and organizational prompts are never used to train public foundational models. Private RAG deployments and local LLMs are containerized within client-controlled boundaries.

5. Your Rights and Data Control

Under applicable international data protection statutes, you possess the right to:

  • Access, rectify, or request the erasure of your personal records.
  • Restrict or object to specific automated processing pipelines.
  • Request data portability in standard machine-readable formats.
  • Withdraw cookie and telemetry consent at any time via our Consent Manager.
